Focus

We invest in one thing we know deeply.

The medical-equipment, medical-device, and biomedical-materials supply chain — how it is made, and where the cost and the risk actually sit.

We are not a generalist fund. The focus is the point: it’s what turns a broad institutional résumé into specific, usable knowledge about the equipment, the devices, and the materials that reach your bench.

Where our knowledge is deep

We know where the cost and the risk sit in a component.

Deep in the making of medical equipment, devices, and biomedical materials — with sourcing depth across Asia and the US.

Our knowledge is deepest in how these things are actually made — the equipment, the devices, and the biomedical materials behind them, from the factories and suppliers that produce them to the way they are sourced. We know which specifications carry cost, which carry risk, and where the two quietly trade against each other. That comes from the factory floor and from years of backing the businesses that make the parts — not from a spreadsheet.

How we know it

We have sat on both sides of the supply chain.

Most investors read a supply chain from the outside. We have operated inside it — as owners of the businesses that manufacture and source across Asia and the US. That is where the real knowledge lives: what a component truly costs to make, which suppliers hold up under pressure, and where quality is won or lost long before anything reaches your bench. We invest with that knowledge, and we put it to work for the businesses we back.

Who we serve

Independent, owner-operated businesses — proud of their craft, squeezed by scale, under-armed against larger competitors that own more of their own supply.

We back them — with capital, with the resources that come from operating deep in their supply chain, and with a partner who understands the work — so they can compete without giving up ownership. We stay in the lane we understand and invest across cycles; we don’t chase whatever is hot.
