Approach

On the same side of the table.

A private investment firm that backs independent operators as a principal — aligned by ownership, not fees.

01

We invest as principals.

Ardent Circle is a private investment firm. We hold equity in the manufacturers of medical and dental components, and increasingly in the biomedical materials behind them. We put that ownership to work for the operators we back. What we own, we stand behind.

02

Our interests are your interests.

We do well only when you do — when the operators we back keep growing over the long term. There is no fee for advice, no success fee if you sell, and nothing that rewards us when you shrink. Our return comes from the businesses we own performing well over years, not from a transaction. We are invested alongside you.

03

You stay independent.

We put manufacturing strength behind you so you can compete without giving up control. No equity in your business, no board seat, no right of first refusal, no lock-in. If you ever choose to sell — years from now, on your own timing — that decision is yours alone.

04

We stand behind what we back.

Accountability comes with everything we put behind you: compliant components, quality that holds, and support when it matters. We compete on being the partner you never have to worry about, not on the lowest number.

05

We hold for the long term.

This is patient capital. We invest across market cycles, and we have invested through several. Manufacturing strength first, operating strength over time. It is not built to be a quick exit, and it never has been.

The circle

A seat at the table, not a place in the queue.

For the families and partners who invest alongside us, the model is the same one we extend to operators: ownership over access, alignment over fees. You share in the upside of what we build together — you do not simply take a deal that someone else has already priced.

You are not a client. You are a co-founder.

What we are not

Not a broker. Not a middleman. Not a private-equity firm looking to absorb you. We do not want your ownership, your name, or your independence.
